
The sheltered Borgh Pottery Garden is a peaceful haven from the windblown landscape and is well loved by locals and visitors alike.
“Plants either thrive here, or give up after a few years” says Sue, who has learned that only time can tell which species will take root in the peaty Lewis soil. “But the ones that remain run wild: from bluebells to wild garlic, the garden’s left as natural as possible.”
